Shipping & Returns

If you place your order on a weekday before 17:30, it will be delivered the next working day. Feel free to order multiple styles or sizes, and take your time to try them at home.

RoW - On request and depending on destination, usually no more than a week

You can always return your products within 14 days after you have received your order. Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. 

Shipping costs

Netherlands - Shipping on orders are free.
Europe - Shipping on orders Germany, Belgium and France are €10 

Rest of Europe: €15
Rest of World - We charge € 25 shipping costs, orders below € 119 euro we charge € 30 euro shipping costs. 

Return costs
Returns are for your own cost.

Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment outside the Netherlands are not covered or reimbursed by Deblon Sports. We will bear these costs if we have delivered the wrong product. We advise you to send the package with a track and trace code. Deblon Sports is not responsible for losing packages. 

Refund
Your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the returned products, at the latest within 14 days.

Return address
You can return your items by post, using the return form that your received with your order. If you have lost it, contact us (info@deblonsports.nl) and we send you a new return form.

Exchange
It is not possible to exchange your items. We recommend that you place a new order and return the item that is not satisfactory. In this case, the product will arrive at your home faster and we will refund the purchase value of the purchased item to your account as soon as the return shipment has been received.
