Refund policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You can always return your products within 14 days after you’ve received your order. Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. 

Return costs
Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment are not covered or reimbursed by Deblon Sports. We will bear these costs if we have delivered the wrong product.

Refund
Your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the returned products, at the latest within 14 days.

Return address
You can return your items by post, using the return form that your received with your order. If you have lost it, contact us (service@deblonsports.nl) and we will send you a new return form.

Exchange
If the article your are looking for is still available you can place a new order with us. Unfortunately we aren't able to exchange an item. Once we receive your returned items we will issue a refund.
