How can I exchange my order?
It is not possible to exchange your item. We recommend that you place a new order and return the item that is not satisfactory. In this case, the product will arrive at your home faster and we will refund the purchase value of the purchased item to your account as soon as the return shipment has been received.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 17.30 hrs are sent the same day and delivered the next working day. For orders outside The Netherlands, different delivery times apply.
How do I return my order?
Within a trial period of 14 days you can return your order. Fill in the return form you have received with your order and sent the order to the address in the form.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders within The Netherlands. Different rates apply for EU countries and worldwide shipping.
Where can I try your products? Do you have a Brand Store?
You can order as much items as you like, and return the ones that you don't like or which doesn't fit. If you want to visit a shop, please check-out the Stores that also sell Deblon Sports.
